How It works Our fundraisers work in 4 simple steps. Step One Contact our fundraiser team who will then put a plan in place to organise one of our highly successful club fundraising events or create constant revenue for your club by means of placing a clothing bank or mobile phone box on your premises. Once Funds for Clubs has a clear idea of what exactly your club is looking to raise funds for we can tailor a fundraiser to suit your club. Once we have established the date and time of the fundraiser we can arrange a free service to design posters and leaflets which will advertise your club's event. In order to really help your fundraiser stand out from the crowd we can offer huge discounts on the printing of posters and leaflets through our sister company. Step Two Our Funds for Clubs team will arrive at your location on the agreed date and time of the fundraiser. All of the collected clothes and Mobile Phones are loaded into our fundraising vehicles where they are counted and weighed. Payment is made for this immediately. For the bulkier Scrap metal we can arrange to have a skip onsite so that it can be loaded safely. This is then brought to our main yard to be weighed on a larger scale. We usually ask that one of your members come with us so that we can weigh in front of them and then provide payment there and then. Step Three Raise funds continuously throughout the year by adopting our Constant Revenue Stream Programme by placing one of our personalised Clothing Banks and/or Mobile Phone Boxes on your site. These will feature both your club's name and logo. They will be emptied on a regular basis and maintained to the highest possible standard. Payment of revenue generated from the clothes bank will be made quarterly while payment from the emptying of the mobile boxes will be made each time it is emptied. Step Four All items, which are collected from your club's fundraising event, are brought back to our Fundraiser depot where they will be checked for cleanliness and quality. Clothes are then sent to third world countries to be worn again or else used in the production of items such as couches and carpets. Scrap Metal and Mobile phones are broken into various components that are then used in the production of items such as cars and electrical equipment.
